We love our days off!

We love Jeff's days off.  We spend every minute together, take lots of walks, and have a ton of fun playing with our little man.  We went to the beach yesterday and took some pictures at sunset.  Look at Jackson's cute little face.  I can't get enough of him!

We watch lots of movies on our days off, too.  Last night, we watched The Bourne Legacy.  It was pretty disappointing.  The first three were fantastic.  This one went into too much detail about certain things that weren't necessary, and I thought the plot was weak.  Oh well.

We've also been watching a series called The Unit.  It was on a few years ago, but we just recently found out about it.  It's pretty good, but it goes by so fast.  What I mean is that they start and end most of the storylines within one episode.  They could have spread them out so they lasted a few episodes.  We're only in season one, though, so maybe it will change as we keep watching.

 Random side note:  I made homemade chicken pot pie the other day.  We're talking homemade crust and everything.  I ran out of crust for the top, though, hence the strips of crust that you see in the picture.  But, it  was super yummy.  Thanks for the recipe, Mom!  :)
