Selfies!

While I was having a meeting for church last week, Jackson started getting a bit fussy.  He wanted my phone, so I gave it to him to keep him quiet.  Then, he started taking pictures of himself.  I think he exaggerated the sad face for the pictures!  

I find gems like these all the time.

We got to church super early on Sunday, so we took a picture for Daddin.  Jackson was actually looking at the camera.  It's a miracle!!!  :)  

My headband and necklace/earrings are from Paparazzi!  Cute, huh? 

On Labor Day, our good friends, Derek and Courtney invited us to the beach.  Derek and Jeff went paddle boarding (I should have gotten a picture.  Oops!).  Jeff had never been before.  They had a lot of fun! Well, we all did!  It was a great day with great friends!!!!

Despite all of the sunscreen we applied, Jeff and I still got pretty bad sunburns.  I don't even know how it's possible.  Jeff reapplied 3 times!  I was in the shade under our umbrella most of the time!  Luckily, Jackson only got a little sun on his neck.

Yesterday, Jackson and I ran errands and hung out at home.  After 5 hours at the beach on Monday, I didn't want any more sun on my skin!  

Jackson always watches Finding Nemo in the morning, and this pirate ship was his seat of choice while watching it yesterday.

He also enjoys sitting in his chair with the "cup folder".  Yes, he says Folder instead of holder.  

Here he is pretending to be the pelican on Nemo that scoops up Dory and Marlin in his mouth.  He sure is obsessed with the movie right now.

I am hosting my first Paparazzi party tomorrow night.  I'm throwing it at my house.  I hope people come!  I invited people from church and posted signs all over our apt complex.  I've been working hard trying to get this business going.  It's a fun company, and I LOVE their stuff!!!!
