The Burns Family

Jeff and I have been having lunch together a few times a week since he’s not working. He comes and picks me up, we go to the beach, we dine together, and then he takes me back to work. It’s great seeing him in the middle of the day because it makes my day go by so much faster. It’s great enjoying the ocean and all the beauty it possesses, too.

Jeff started his class on Monday. Beginning Algebra. He goes for 4 hours on Monday night and for 4 hours on Wednesday night. Crazy, huh? I get so antsy sitting for too long. There is no way I’d be able to sit for that long!!!

We went to the Temple last night since we can’t go tomorrow, Thursday, which is our normal “Temple day”. It was a great time. We did sealings. We can’t go tomorrow because we are having friends over to watch the first Transformers at the theater at our apt complex. Friday night, we are going to see the 2nd one. We’re both really excited about the new one, so I hope it’s good.


Our friend, Mikey’s grandma died last week, and they are having the service on Friday. They asked me to play the piano, and I happily accepted. I love playing. I am the ward pianist. I just wish I had a piano to practice on instead of a keyboard. Someday……I always say that if I ever own a house, the first thing I’ll purchase is a piano!



Jeff and I celebrated our 3 month anniversary on Sunday. So insane to think that we’ve been married for 3 months already. I’ve loved every minute of it.
